Tumblr, this is relevant to the book I’m writing and your insights would be really helpful: Why do you think people are eager to collect memorabilia and souvenirs like this? This Sunday, the guns used by legendary bank-robbing couple Bonnie and Clyde will go up for auction in New Hampshire. Other memorabilia, including Bonnie Parker’s silk stocking, will be auctioned alongside her Colt Detective Special .38 revolver and Clyde Barrow’s Colt Government Model 1911 .45 caliber pistol.
